No "Stereo Mix" on my Laptop for Vent Harassment.? - vent mix

In the past I've tried to configure my layout so that its my departure, what I hear from my speakers. I found that I go to (Control Panel / Hardware Sound / Sound / Recording) Then right click and predicted a reduced mobility devices Stereo Mix should show, but obviously I have not. Please help me to resolve this problem, in extreme detail. I am nobody, not even recognize this problem.
